The Hibiscus flower , bud and leaves have been made with shaded nylon or stocking material.The stamen has been made with artificial pollen.
The bud is not by design but chance! Its always better to make a few extra petals , this time I made 7 , used 5 for the flower and the rest turned into a bud!
There are a number of tutorials on the web about how to make a nylon hibiscus flower , there is a nice video about it which inspired me to make one :)
