At last the handmade ceramic roses and leaves which I had made were ready to be used ! It took a few days to make, dry and paint them . Later I used white glue to stick them on the pot.
MATERIALS REQUIRED-
1 Ceramic Powder
2 Cornflour
3 White Glue / Fevicol
4 Acrylic Colors for painting
METHOD
Mix ceramic powder and cornflour in equal proportions in a bowl , add white glue . Mix and add a little bit of glycerin , it will make the mixture smooth, pliable and less likely to crack.
Let it stand for a minute and the dough is ready for work , keep it covered in plastic .
Make roses and leaves as in cold ceramic or any other clay dough. They have to be left to dry overnight or more .
Paint the roses and leaves with acrylic colors.
Stick on the dry roses and leaves on the pot artistically.
