Decorative Clay Flower Wall Plate

This is my first attempt at making a wooden wall plate with cold porcelain flowers. The year is ending and I am thrilled that I kept my New Year Resolution of making useful decorative things with my craft work.
I have used hardboard as base, I was lucky to find a person willing to cut it into a circle.The base has been painted with acrylic colors and the flowers placed on it with a pleasing effect.
I am happy that my C P flowers are being put to good use.Now I realise that making filler flowers is equally important as they are essential for providing contrast and filling up empty spaces.
One can use ceramic or bread dough flowers with similar results.
