Recently I decided to paint flowers of different varieties , roses are my favourite but others are equally beautiful ! I have painted this Azalea flower with the help of Donna Dewberry's book on flowers.
This Azalea flower is made with Acrylics on paper.Painting on paper is tricky as once a bit of color spreads it near impossible to cover it.Wood is different and very forgiving as covering any blotch -ups is easy.If one can paint on paper neatly, then painting on wood is a dream!
